When you reach out to us — by phone, text, email, or through this website — we collect what you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message, such as what service you're asking about or when you'd like to bring your vehicle in.

We do not collect, and do not ask you to send us, your Social Security number, date of birth, income, or credit information through this website. If you choose to apply for a lease-to-own agreement through Acima, that information is collected directly by Acima, under Acima's own privacy practices — not by us.

3. Categories of Third Parties We Share With

We work with a small number of outside companies to run this website and our business, including: our website hosting provider, Google Analytics (site measurement), Google and Meta (advertising), a messaging platform we use to send appointment reminders and, where you've opted in, marketing texts and emails, and our accounting and legal advisors. If you choose to apply for lease-to-own financing, your application is handled directly by Acima.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Nevada residents have the right to submit a request that we not sell certain covered information under Nevada law (NRS 603A); you can submit that request by emailing us with the subject line "Nevada opt-out," though as noted above, we don't sell information in the first place.
